Apple released the iOS 4.3 Download (Beta 1) for developers. What’s new in iOS 4.3 Beta 1? Read on below to find out.
The iPhone 4.3 Beta 1 iOS software supports the Personal Hotspot feature which the Verizon has on their CDMA iPhone with iOS 4.2.5. With the Personal Hotspot feature your iPhone can be used as a mobile hotspot for other devices. Whether or not this feature will be available depends on when AT&T or your carrier enables it.

The iPad 4.3 beta 1 iOS software now has multi-touch gesture technology. This means you can use four or five fingers to:

* Pinch to the Home Screen.
* Swipe up to reveal multitasking bar.
* Swipe left or right between apps.

iPad 4.3 beta 1 software also has a new “Lock Rotation” option in the settings. This means the iPad can be locked to either portrait or landscape modes. Full screen support for iAds has also been added.

iOS 4.3 also has a new FaceTime icon and AirPlay support for native applications and websites.
