It's not even like they came up with anything original when it has to deal with these Justin Bieber rumors, especially following the ones that were revealed to be false just a week back.

This is just someone's idea of a sick joke, and something that is giving people happiness to spread as a rumor around the internet. We linked an article we wrote about the rumors of Justin Bieber being arrested last week, which also turned out to be completely false, and fabricated by people trying to gain attention on Twitter. Hopefully the rumor mill has found an end with the holes in these latest (and unintelligent) rumors that have been fabricated about Bieber. It probably won't be the last rumors invented about Bieber, especially if he starts dating or becomes serious with someone. Expect false rumors about engagements and marriages soon after that.
